It was being reviewed by Techpoint Innovation Tour, that Daser David, founder of nHub, revealed to them, the details of a strategic partnership between nHub and a German startup community — StartupBonn.
Techpoint Innovation Tour in a statement said, ‘‘the said partnership will see both parties share educational and technical resources; including events, logos, programs and activities on their different websites, social blogs and other social media channels”.
Also said, “The partnership also has the potential to contribute immensely to the growth and development of the country as the foreign experts will be working closely with developers in the nHub program to develop solutions to local problems.”
The aim of the partnership is an exchange program that’ll see both tech hubs swap developers once a year for a period ranging from 2 weeks to 4 weeks.
To make it astonishing, Techpoint witnessed the firsthand how the local tech community is fast coming of age; with particular reference to how nHub is striving to position Jos as the city that will build technology solutions for the rest of Nigeria.
Also far away in Germany, StartupBonn is further helping to put the city of Bonn on the global map by reinventing the local startup community in Bonn through tech events, networking, and partnership (like the one in question).
Techpoint revealed that Daser confirmed to them that he will be travelling to Germany in January next year to see out the final details of the partnership.
